These terms govern your use of this website and your registration or participation in the Royalty USA Pacific Northwest pageant (the "Pageant"). By using this site or submitting a registration or appearance request, you agree to these terms.
Registration is open to individuals in the age ranges specified for each division. Contestants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's involvement and consent as part of registration. Submitting a registration does not guarantee entry — Royalty USA Pacific Northwest reserves the right to accept, decline, or waitlist registrations at its discretion, including for reasons of division capacity or eligibility.
Registration fees are processed through Square following submission of the registration form. Fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except at the sole discretion of Royalty USA Pacific Northwest or as required by law. Specific refund circumstances, if any, will be communicated during the registration and orientation process.
Contestants, parents/guardians, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Pageant's values of leadership, sisterhood, and community. Royalty USA Pacific Northwest reserves the right to disqualify a contestant or revoke a title for conduct that violates these values, the contestant handbook, or applicable rules, at its discretion.
By registering or submitting a photo, you grant Royalty USA Pacific Northwest a non-exclusive right to use the contestant's name, photo, title, and biographical information on this website and in related print, digital, and social media materials for the purpose of promoting the Pageant. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how this information is handled.
Submitting an appearance request is a request only and does not guarantee a titleholder's attendance. Royalty USA Pacific Northwest will confirm availability directly with the requesting organization.
Sponsor logos, names, and links displayed on this site are used with permission as part of the sponsor's participation in the Pageant. Royalty USA Pacific Northwest does not guarantee any specific outcome or benefit from sponsorship beyond what is agreed to directly with each sponsor.
This website and its content (text, photos, design, and the Royalty USA name and logo) are the property of Royalty USA Pacific Northwest and Royalty USA, and may not be copied or used without permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
This site and the Pageant are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalty USA Pacific Northwest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the Pageant.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
